Cancellation & Refund Policies
Because each program area is unique, please review the policies for your selected program:
Community Programs:
To cancel a registration, please contact TCU Extended Education at 817-257-7132 or lifelong@tcu.edu Unless otherwise indicated, course registrations cancelled more than one week in advance of the start of the class will be refunded 100%, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Course registrations cancelled one week or less in advance of the start of the class will not be refunded. Courses cancelled by TCU will be refunded 100%.
Summer Camps:
If you must transfer to another session:
-2 weeks or more in advance: no fee
-Less than 2 weeks: $25 fee, subject to availability
If you must cancel your registration:
-2 weeks or more in advance: full refund, less $25 administrative fee
-Less than 2 weeks: no refund
-TCU will cancel low enrollment camps no less than 1 week in advance and
participants will receive a full refund.
