Hold Harmless Consent Form
A completed Hold Harmless and Consent Form is required for participation in all TCU Extended Education Summer Camps.
We encourage participants to complete the form before arriving to help expedite check-in. If the form has not been submitted in advance, it must be completed upon arrival before participation is permitted. One form is required to be completed per participant.
