Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests to cancel a camp registration must be submitted by email to lifelong@tcu.edu.

  • More than 14 days before the first day of camp: Participants are eligible for a full refund, less a $50 non-refundable administrative fee per registration.
  • 7–13 days before the first day of camp: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the total registration fee.
  • Less than 7 days before the first day of camp or after camp has begun: No refunds will be issued.

TCU Extended Education reserves the right to cancel camps due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a camp is canceled by TCU Extended Education, participants will receive a full refund.


Hold Harmless Consent Form

A completed Hold Harmless and Consent Form is required for participation in all TCU Extended Education Summer Camps, APSI programs, and other designated events.

We encourage participants to complete the form before arriving to help expedite check-in. If the form has not been submitted in advance, it must be completed upon arrival before participation is permitted.
